Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you by email if this happens.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Time
Our products are shipped from our suppliers in China via air freight. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days to addresses within Singapore. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 6–9 working days (1–2 days processing + 5–7 days transit), though this is an estimate and not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders with a subtotal of S$100 or more (before shipping and taxes) qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only ship within Singapore. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
We do not provide tracking numbers at this time. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please contact us at everydayhersg@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at everydayhersg@gmail.com so we can look into it. Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated window before reaching out, as occasional delays can occur during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at everydayhersg@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, though we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to report the issue and request a resolution.
