Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. As all our products are shipped from China via air freight (typically 5–7 working days in transit), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Returns and exchanges are accepted only when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a quality issue on our part.

 

Quality Issue Returns

If you receive an item with a quality problem, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at everydayhersg@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can assess it and confirm eligibility. Returns sent to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; once we've received and inspected the item and confirmed the issue, we will reimburse the return shipping cost along with your refund or replacement.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at everydayhersg@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, color, or personal preference. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except in cases of a genuine quality issue as described above.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return for a quality issue is approved, we will offer you either a refund or a replacement of the same item, depending on your preference and product availability.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at everydayhersg@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, all sales are final once an order has been placed, and we are unable to accept order cancellations or modifications after checkout. Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
